Catherine Deneuve is sharpening her teeth, Xavier Dolan is starting to feel depressed, and Kate Winslet and Melanie Lynskey are plotting murder. Which can only mean one thing: Mezipatra is coming, and it is starting in less than two weeks, on Nov. 6. How can you make the remaining time seem shorter? Here are a few special tips that won't make you feel depressed but will definitely make you want to kill for them.

1) Mezipatra T-shirts and bags on ZOOT.cz

The ZOOT.cz online shop is spreading good will and happiness. So does Mezipatra. That's exactly why you can purchase festival unisex T-shirts with the slogan "Till death do us apart" in different sizes on the firm’s website for the first time this year. You can choose between T-shirts in black and white. Another fashionable choice is a limited edition of bags that represent everything Mezipatra stands for. BioQuality and fairwear certification is guaranteed.

2) Film adoption

There are other ways to support your favourite festival. You can choose a film to "adopt". Even the minimum amount of 500 Kč will significantly help the organisers, and you will get the recognition before the screening, for which you get free tickets, of course. At least some kind of adoption is legal! You can choose films from the program HERE.

3) Pre-sale of all Mezipatra films

And we will stick with the programme for another moment. You can already buy tickets to all the Mezipatra films on our website. From the profile of each film, you get re-directed to the websites of the Světozor and Lucerna cinemas, where you can make the online purchase. This way, you can avoid the situation where, for example, you try to get tickets for a Cannes favourite like Dohee-ya and finding they are already sold-out. You can choose films from the program HERE.

4) Short films on the Czech television website

Don't you just love queer short films? You can have a look at the successful ones from last year's Mezipatra on the website of our media partner, Czech Television.

You can have a look at the program of this year's Mezipatra's short movies HERE.

5) Mezipatra on Facebook

What could possibly be easier than joining Mezipatra on Facebook and letting your friends know you are planning to go? You would help us even more if you simply invited them – to the Prague or the Brno leg of the festival. For all the hot news, follow our official profile HERE. But Likes are not everything. The important thing is to come to Mezipatra. We can't wait to see you there!
