We've prepared a little warm-up routine for the sport buffs among you with ultramarathon runner Linda Beniačová as your guide. We'll start at Running Club Brno and relax with a cup of good coffee or get our strength back after the workout with a fresh-made smoothie. Showers and locker-rooms are provided! The run is intended for beginners and lower-intermediates.
