The main jury at Mezipatra evaluates the films in the main competition and awards the best feature film.
Iva Baslarová
Iva graduated from media studies, journalism and sociology. She worked as an assistant professor of Gender Studies at Charles University; nowadays, she is a member of the Department for Theory and History of Audiovision at FAMU. Iva is also a publicist and film critic, contributing mostly to Cinepur.cz and Art.ceskatelevize.cz. Her lectures and research include films and TV shows from a gender and queer perspective. She is also interested in Posthumanism and Critical Human-Animal Studies.

Daniel Oklesiński
Daniel is a Polish film journalist. Since 2021, he has been the editor-in-chief of the film section in Replika, the only LGBTQ+ magazine in Poland. He is a programmer at the LGBT+ Film Festival in Warsaw, where he curates sections focused on classic cinema. He also curates Queer Euphoria, a year-round film series that aims to present optimistic queer representation on the silver screen.
Farah Abou Kharroub
Farah is a Palestinian-Lebanese award-winning filmmaker based in Prague. She holds an MFA in Film Directing from FAMU and founded Coded Production Prague, focusing on women-led and cross-cultural films such as The Seven Villages and the upcoming Wedding, Berlin! and Seeds of Soul. She also founded Aleb Kitchen & Bar and the Levantina Queen, both celebrating Levantine culture through food and storytelling.
