What is it like to create queer content for public media, and how does society respond to it? In recent months, the first Czech drag talk show, Chi Chi na gauči (Chi Chi on the Couch), stirred up a public debate in Czechia. But this isn't Czech Television's only queer project—in October, director Kateř Tureček will release a short documentary called Trošku se to pozmění (It’s Gonna Change a Little). Creative producer Barbora Podškubková and director Pepuna Chaloupková will discuss working with public media, the challenges they face, and how to handle negative reactions from the public.
