The waiting is over – another edition of the festival is starting tonight. For the opening evening, we've prepared an exclusive premiere of biographic Tom of Finland, which will be followed by thematic party Lather Your Leather from 10:30 pm. And it wouldn't be proper Mezipatra without geysers of Jameson and F.H. Prager soft drinks. Music will be provided by DJs Rosier & Chlorophyll and Urxins.

Have you ever heard of Panti Bliss? This Irish drag queen whose charisma and humor helped to enforce equal marriage rights in Ireland was declared as more influential than Donald Trump by the the Times magazine.

Are you curious about this year's festival collection? We've joined forces with Freshlabels and prepared accessories for some proper swag not only at Mezipatra!

The festival catalogue still has the scent of fresh print and will give you all that you need to know such as the schedule, film annotations, jury, off program information and much more.

What would Mezipatra be without parties? And this year is starting badass.

Just like every year, our program offers also accompanying events. This year with a little upgrade – a majority of them takes place in our newly-opened Patra café.

Mezipatra is more than just films – you'll have the chance to meet numerous guests from abroad again!

This year's Mezipatra will satisfy you with a selection of the best short films once again. There will be 42 of them this year, and they've arrived from Europe, Canada, Asia, and both Americas. You can see them in seven thematically diverse blocks.

The 18th edition of Mezipatra Queer Film Festival will once again screen not only live-action films, but also documentaries corresponding with this year's topic of Be Your Own Champion.
