Biographical drama Tom of Finland tells the eventful fate of Finnish queer artist Touko Laaksonen, famous for his drawings of uniformed masculine men. Even though he was not able to create freely for a long time, he put his work into the fantasies of many not only gay men. The film was screened as the opening film at Mezipater, and recieved stormy ovations. Come see it at Lucerna cinema from 8:30 pm. The film is presented in cooperation with AČFK.

University teacher Will demonstrates that with humor you can fight even against the evil fate. He underwent a severe infection in 2011, due to which he lost all the limbs. His only hope is experimental treatment when doctors transplant the hands of a human donor. The documentary Stumped about  unique strength and determination will be screened at 6:30 pm at Kino 35.

The Japanese film Close-Knit (Karera ga Honki de Amu toki wa) follows the story of little Tomo whose her mother leaves alone. So she begins to live with her uncle, where she meets his trans girlfriend Rinko. Film contemplation over family, maternity and how to perceive the world with children's eyes. The screening starts at 6 pm at Světozor cinema.

Abu is a documentary by the Canadian director of Pakistani origin, Arshad Khan, who will personally introduce the film at Mezipatra. Khan is the director of the South Asian Film Festival of Canada in the Canadian town of Mosaic and is mainly shooting short films.  Abu is his feature debut.
