International Feature Film Competition

Seventeen-year-old Naama spends her free time drinking, experimenting with drugs and loitering with friends. After all, she can't enjoy much peace at home – her overprotective mother and neurotic father basically cannot understand her, and the family atmosphere thickens after her older sister's sudden disappearance. Her life, however, turns upside down when she meets a new classmate named Dana. The unrestrained rebel impresses the girl not only with her seductive beauty, but also her lifestyle, which offers new and heady experiences. Can first love last longer than the pleasant echoes of a night-long dance? The boldly romantic story about the intensity of burgeoning sexuality, emotions yet unknown, and the search for one's place in the world is told with a sincerity that emphasizes its authenticity. The result is an extraordinary portrait of insecure yet determined youth.
