Farah Abou Kharroub

Farah Abou Kharroub is an award-winning director, writer, and producer. She is currently finishing her MFA in film directing at FAMU in Prague. Growing up as a Palestinian refugee in Lebanon, Farah constantly questioned the injustices around her. That was a big motivation for her to raise her voice and make bold films with themes that are related to women’s rights, social inequality, LGBTQ+, freedom, memory, and identity - despite censorship.
